Is your phone compatible?
Pooosh will work on most phones that have the following operating systems
- Windows Mobile 5/6
- Windows Smart Phones
- Java Enabled Phones
Software Requirements
- Microsoft.Net Compact Framework 2.0 or higher is required to be installed on Windows Mobile Devices and Smart Phones
- MIDP-2.0 is required for Java Enabled Phones
- Phones must be enabled for WAP using GPRS/3G
- Packet Data must be setup
The following Pooosh functions are phone dependant
- Voice Chat
- 087 Direct
- Import Phone Book
- GPS Locate
- Download file
- Send file
Pooosh is accessible via the internet and hence can be accessed from anywhere in the world provided there is GPRS/3G coverage. This technology is available on most handsets, so getting connected is just a Pooosh away.
First things first - you need to make sure your mobile phone is GPRS/3G enabled. If it is not, follow the simple steps below to gain access to the mobile internet
